Cart Labor Pro provides independent customer-pay labor time standards, service interval guidance, and repair estimate tools for golf cart dealerships. The Service provides independent provisional customer-pay labor standards and not manufacturer warranty allowances. Technical documents and wiring-diagram availability vary by manufacturer, model, and authorization.
3. Dealer Account
A dealer subscription belongs to the dealership organization, not an individual employee. The dealership administrator is responsible for managing user access within their organization.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to share login credentials outside your dealership, resell access to the Service, or use the labor data to create competing products. Violations may result in immediate termination.
5. Intellectual Property
All labor standards, guides, and platform content are the property of Cart Labor Pro or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The labor times and service intervals provided are independent provisional standards based on verified shop actuals and published data. Actual repair times may vary based on vehicle condition, tooling, and technician skill. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
Cart Labor Pro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue or misquoted repairs.
