Subscription Agreement

1. Subscription Plans

• Founding Dealer: $99 USD per month per dealership location. Limited to the first 25 paying dealership locations. The founding price remains locked at $99/month as long as the subscription stays continuously active. If canceled, the locked founding rate is forfeited.
• Standard Dealer: $149 USD per month per dealership location. Recurring monthly billing.
• Annual Dealer: $1,490 USD per year per dealership location. Recurring annual billing, equivalent to receiving two months free compared with monthly billing.
• Additional Dealer Location: $99 USD per month for each additional location within the same dealer group. Must be purchased as an add-on to an active Standard or Annual subscription.

2. Free Trial

A 14-day free trial is available with a valid payment method. You will not be charged until the trial ends. The paid subscription begins automatically after 14 days unless canceled before expiration. Only one trial is permitted per dealer organization.

3. Billing

All prices are in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not ordinarily refund the current billing period. Access continues through the paid-through date after cancellation.

4. Founding Dealer Lock

The $99/month Founding Dealer rate remains locked only while the subscription stays continuously active. If the subscription is canceled and later reactivated, the standard or annual pricing will apply.

5. Organization-Based Access

The subscription belongs to the dealership organization, not an individual employee. Invited dealership users share the organization's access without purchasing separate subscriptions. Each location may have its own name, address, and assigned users while remaining under the primary dealer account.

6. Service Scope

The Service provides independent customer-pay labor standards and not manufacturer warranty allowances. Technical documents and wiring-diagram availability vary by manufacturer, model, and authorization.

7. Payment Failures

A seven-day grace period applies to failed subscription payments. Automatic payment retries are enabled where supported. If payment is not resolved within the grace period, protected access will be blocked.
